[PyKDE] setCaption with QT Non-commercial

I can only confirm that I also have the problem here
with 
pyqt2.3 python 2.2.2 and windows2000.
It used too work some weeks ago....kind of.. It used
to worked until I minimized the window then it would
default again to "python" 
....
