[PyKDE] setCaption with QT Non-commercial

What broke between the last time I downloaded PyQT bindings and now?

I just noticed that my scripts lately don't set the caption anymore, they
just say "python".

This is all with Windows 2000, the newest PyQT with Python 2.2.2 and
QT-NonCommercial-2.3.0

Thanks for any help.
