I hadn't read that PEP - thanks for pointing it out.

I'm certainly not waiting until June before releasing 3.6. I will have 
finished nailing down the SIP v3 changes for SIP v4 compatibility in a few 
days, there is a new release of Scintilla due today, and Python 2.3b1 is due 
at the end of next week - so I'll aim to release 3.6 in about 2 weeks time.
