No. You may keep the eric5 extracted stuff wherever you like. The explicit 
path was just give in case there are multiple Python installations (e.g. 
Python2 and Python3). In the explicit case it is ensured, that the right 
Python executable is used for installation.

eric5 installation is exactly the same like the eric4 installation.
