[QScintilla] Qt Creator 3.0.1 QScintilla plugin?

I was able to figure this out. I needed qscintilla2.dll in the
QtCreatorMinGW/bin. Now the plugin works.

For future for Phil: Please add install script to qscintilla2 that
installs qscintilla2.dll to tools/QtCreator/bin also. Now it installs
the dll only in mingw/bin.
