[PyQt] Change hue,Brightness... QAbstractVideoSurface

Hi

I'm making a personal open source project and my only solution for solve
the problem is make a swicth using two objects normal qvideowidget and
other QAbstractVideoSurface for paint,but i have a cuestion.

is possible change the hue and brightness y a custom surface?For example
https://github.com/pyqt/examples/blob/master/multimediawidgets/player.py
but using custom surface.
