[PyQt] PyQt 5.7.1 + Python 3.5 = error code 1? - how to get proper error stack?

Hey

Since I upgraded to the python/qt named above I'm getting error codes 1 
instead of proper error stack. How can I get the proper error message 
back in Pycharm ?
