[PyQt] PyQt5 error after re-install of Anaconda

If there was a problem with Qt install then why was it working before? BTW The Qt install is fine for C++ apps I develop.

I should mention Anaconda has PyQt4. Perhaps there is a problem having both, even though I have PyQt5 site package in one of my user folders, rather than a system folder.

Something is wrong with your Qt installation.
