[PyQt] Eric4 make api/documentation?

On package I have downloaded there isn't this documentation, but I have
searched for on google and I have found.
Tnx, now I'm making my API.

And you can as well, if you read the documentation (README-eric4-doc.txt).
I'm 
not gonna repeat it's contents here. If you have problems after studying
this 
file, please ask more specific. For examples see the eric4 source code.
