[PyKDE] Place to upload RPMs

I have a bit of experience putting together files for release at sourceforge. 
I can go ahead and shoulder that.

As far as the website, I do have significant experience in that area, but I 
have no talent for it. If someone else enjoys making nice websites that are 
easily navigatable... I would hate to steal their chance.

Sourceforge will clean up old files. You have to grab them in a couple of 
hours or they go away. I have a new set I'll upload tomorrow.
