[Eric] Error: TLS initialization failed

Hi,

I assumed a Windows installation. Therefore, please disregard my message. Over 
here eric works fine on my Kubuntu 19.04 development machine. However, I am 
using eric6 with a Python virtual environment. In there PyQt and the others 
were installed via pip3.
