[Eric] Spanish Character problems since version 5.4.0 (Gustavo A. D?az)

Hello Gustavo,

QScintilla introduced input methods in 2.8.0. However these did not work correctly (which Pgil 
and I sorted out). The working variant was included in 2.8.1. In order to get rid of the issue in 2.8.0 
eric 5.4 overrode inputMethodEvent() and inputMethodQuery() with noop methods. Which 
QScintilla version are you using?
