[Eric] Cannot start pyuic4 from Eric4.3.4

Hello,

I have been using eric4 for almost two months and I really like that IDE.
I am running Fedora 10 and Eric was installed from the Fedora repos along
with all the dependencies.
When I load a Qt form into my project and then try to compile the form using
Eric I am getting the following error message:
"Could not start pyuic4. Ensure that it is in the search path".  When I
lunch "Settings ---> Show external tools"  I noticed that "Form Compiler"
was not found.
I am positive I have PyQt installed correctly.
Could you please instruct me on how to resolve this issue.
