[Eric] down key when editing

Hello, Detlev.

I solve problem. Some trouble when russian transaltion installed
(eric4-i18n-ru-4.2.5.zip).
After removing it from "c:\documents and settings\username\_eric4" all is
working.

Try loading the default keyboad shortcuts file (default.e4k).
