Please do so. But be aware, that the basic autocompletion is provided by 
QScintilla. Maybe you have a look at the QScintilla autocompletion and the 
"eric assistant" autocompletion provided by the plugin.

It will, if there is one.

That is just ~3 MB. Not much compared to nowadays hard disks.
