Eric4 supports keyboard shortcuts. However, they might not be exactly the same 
as the emacs ones. You may create your own by redefining the shortcuts. Once 
you have a complete emacs like shortcuts setuo, I would like you to contribute 
it. I would include it in the next release.

Main menu Settings->Import Keyboard Shortcuts...
It expects an eric4 keyboard shortcuts file (*.e4k), that may be generated via 
the export function.
