Remember that QScintilla is based on an older version of Scintilla.

Good to know... about this one, is there any reliable way to figure out the
exact commit of the scintilla version which was
used by a particular QScintilla release? That'd be quite handy for these
type of issues so I'd be able to check
out if this bug was living on the Scite version pinned up with the same
exact Scintilla version used by QScintilla
