[QScintilla] Python module missing link to library

Hi,

With 2.8.3's configure.py, on Mac OS X 10.9.4, I needed to do the
following, otherwise the resulting Qsci.so was not linked to
libqscintilla2.dylib:

The -lqscintilla2 bit was present in 2.8.2's configure.py. Is this a typo,
or am I missing something here?
