I have confirmed my original issue still exists in 2.6.3 snapshot.

Hello,

here is a screenshot to show the issue (line 271 is not displayed although the text exists).

Hello,

I can confirm this. And add another glitch. Sometimes a line i not show after an annotation has been removed (e.g. line 6,7 shown; 8 not displayed; 9 shown). This can make you think, you deleted a line of code until you recognize the missing line number in the line number margin.

I've got a program where I occasionally clearAnnotations(), recalculate annotations for each line of the document, and reapply annotations. Sometimes my annotations are multiple lines long. I've noticed that the vertical scroll bar doesn't change to include the increased vertical 'height' of the document with the added annotations. I'm using QScintilla 2.5.1. Thanks!
