[QScintilla] QScintilla strangeness

Hi,

I am observing a strange QScintilla behavior. If the cursor is moved right 
while a caltip is displayed, the calltip isn't updated according to the 
cursor position. This is obvious in eric4 with typing completion enabled. 
This inserts e.g. a ")" after a "(" was typed. Later on if I move the cursor 
right (after the ")"), the calltip is not adjusted to the outer scope or 
closed. Same would happen, if the parenthesis are typed first and later on 
the parameters are filled or corrected.
