<p>pylupdate6 should get a command line option to exclude file
matching a given pattern (e.g. --exclude Ui_*.py). Such an option
is especially useful when pylupdate6 is recursively processing a
directory tree.</p>

<li>If a text to be translated is empty, it should be omitted
from the resulting .ts file. That is the behavior of
