Updated PyQt6 v6.12.0 Wheels

Hi,

I get the following import error.

    from PyQt6 import QtGraphs
ImportError: libQt6Graphs2DImpl.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No 
such file or directory

The mentioned library is not available in the Qt6/lib directory (i.e. it 
is not contained in the wheel).
