PyQt v6.12.0 Wheels Available for Testing

Dear Phil,

thanks for all your work on this and all previous releases!

I couldn't find any issue running this build. However, mypy 

(.venv_14) [Max:/Users/luther/Documents/Projects/Artisan/Repository/artisan/src] mypy --version
mypy 2.4.0 (compiled: yes)

Listed complaint about QtCore.pyi. Seems to be some syntactic hickup here.
