ANN: eric 26.5 released

Hello Pythonistas,

I just uploaded eric 26.5. It fixes some bugs and adds these new features.

  * General
      o Changed the minimum Qt version to be 6.8.0.
      o Changed the default keyboard shortcuts as follows:
          + 'Next Tab': Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Page Down
          + 'Previous Tab': Shift+Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Page Up
          + 'Next Bookmark': Alt+Page Down
          + 'Previous Bookmark': Alt+Page Up
  * MicroPython
      o Updated the list of known CircuitPython boards.
      o Updated the list of known RP2 boards.
      o Updated the list of known UF2 capable boards.
  * Web Browser
      o Removed support for `Google Safe Browsing` because the v5 API
        does not support JSON responses anymore.
  * Third Party Packages
      o Upgraded `pip-licenses` to version 5.5.5.
