I can confirm that all non-PyQt packages using SIP v6 in openSUSE 
Tumbleweed successfully build with buildset 2832:

- QGIS (still building, but 6.7.1 was okay)
- Veusz (with a patch -- https://github.com/veusz/veusz/issues/595)
- calibre
- krita
- python-poppler-qt5
- wxPython
