codesigning MacOS PyQt5 app with base_library.zip

At the time I wrote https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/wiki/Recipe-OSX-Code-Signing-Qt.

It is working since, maybe could you give a try? Also, if you have any details to share to ease helping, let us know.
