[PyQt] Building PyQt 5.5.1 with Xcode 10

Wow, thanks man! I would consider to update but I can't decide for this
alone. Having a newer qt would be awesome. 5.6 will remain with standard
support up to 03.2019, 5.5 is already dead :-(

I will try an older Xcode version, I come back here to say if worked

About pyqt, I though that PyQt expected Qt to be at the same version of it.
