Is there supposed to be a Qt\ directory in site-packages\PyQt\ like in the
wheels?

PyQt5\Qt\ contains .dll files.

In my site-packages\PyQt5\ there is only a uic\ directory.

I cannot do

from PyQt5 import QtQml or others.

from PyQt5 import Qt does work though.
