[PyQt] ANN: eric 18.03 released

Hi,

I just uploaded eric 18.03. It fixes some bugs and adds these new features.
     *  Editor
         *  added support for EditorConfig
         *  added VCS conflict markers to the types shown on the marker map
It is available via the eric web site.
