Can the installers be run unattended so I can install them as part of 
the build on AppVeyor?  I tried a few of the normal help arguments on 
the command line and didn't get anything but the regular installer.

I think I could just run latest pyqtdeploy with latest PyQt5 out of 
latest Python and only use the target Python version for building the 
wheel and for the headers/libs needed when building the Designer plugin. 
  I'll give that a try right now as well.
