[PyQt] StandardButtonBox: move from QMainWindow to each tab

   I neglected to write that I'm looking at the Designer and wondering if
this re-arrangement can be done within the GUI or do I edit the compiled .py
file to accomplish this? Latter's fine with me if that's the way it's done.
