I intend to develop software and I had been planning to give it an AGPL v3 licence. I want people to be able to use PyQt to improve my software. According to my reasoning, that can't be done unless I issue my softrware with a GPL v3 licence, not an AGPL v3 licence. Is my reasoning correct? Don
