[PyQt] Basic create project question

‎Hello Phil, 

The ok button is greyed out, till you've selected a directory for the project. Eric deny a project in the main folder.
But you can create multiple projects in one subfolder, if it's what you want...

Thank you for reading this.

This question may be related to my debug question in that I may need to 
install additional binaries.

The last time that I created a project Eric 4 was the latest version. 
The OK button is always greyed out no matter what I out into the create 
project page fields.

Again, I must be missing something very basic.
