[PyQt] pylupdate in PyQt5.7, Where is it???

Where is pylupdate5 in PyQt5.7? It used to be in 
"C:\Python35\Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\pylupdate5.exe", but since I pip 
installed PyQt5.7 I only see "pylupdate_main.py" located there. Is there 
some way to use this python module instead now? Thanks for any help.
