[PyQt] OS X: SIP prevents sip 4.17 from installing...

Hello,

Is there an alternative place to install the sip-4.17 bits on Mac OS X 
running El Capitan? SIP on OS X prevents installation because /System is 
protected against writing even by root.  I'd rather not turn SIP off if 
possible...
