[PyQt] capture to image - qwindow or qquickview

Looking for a PyQT5 example of rendering a window/item/view to image.

I seen some discussion on C++ side that's it's less trivial that it would
appear...

Any pointers appreciated...I'm trying to render my app for google and ios
app store images.
