[PyQt] no pip install for 32-bit linux?

Why is it there is a pip install pyqt5 for 64-bit Ubuntu Linux, but it is
necessary to install from source for 32-bit?

Could it be that 32-bit Linux no longer significant? I'd be pleased to hear
that, as it would mean one less platform to test and bundle on.
