[PyQt] does dip have selection models?

Howdy all, does the dip framework have equivalent support for the
concept of selection models as in pyqt's QItemSelectionModel?

It would be great to have a way to obtain items selected in a dip
View, and be able to share the selection across multiple dip Views
(for example, if an item is selected in one View, the same item will
be selected in a different View).
