[PyQt] ANN: PyQt v5.5 and SIP v4.16.9 Released

Hi,

the contents of qtdetail.out is

Builder Qt
shared

Now I reinstalled using the GPL Offline installer and now qtdetail.out is

Open Source
shared

Hope this helps to solve the situation.
