[PyQt] Ruby debugger in eric

Hi,

I am wondering, if any eric user is using the Ruby debugger backend. If 
it is of no interest, I would remove it from eric 6.1 to make my life a 
little bit easier. If it is of interest, I would like to have it maintained by 
somebody more familiar with Ruby than me.

The community feedback is most welcome.
