[PyQt] PyQt cannot trasform QString into str when reading emoji symbol from QClipboard

Thank you, Phil! Is that "Fixed the QString to Unicode conversion to not
assume that a QString has a trailing null QChar"? That sounds very
fundamental! I just hope it won't take much time until the next release.

Is the repository online anywhere? Sorry, I'm new here and Google is not
helpful this morning.
