[PyQt] Point of timestamps in generated files

Hi,

One of Debian developers noticed [1] that pyrcc and pyuic embed timestamps
into generated files, which makes contents of built PyQt packages differ from
time to time.

Will it be possible to remove that? C++ versions of these tools stopped
writing timestamps two years ago [2]. You can find a patch at [1] if needed.
