[PyQt] Python Qt Crash

Dear Rohan,

did you had a chance of trying to solve the problem similar to what I tried 
for eric?

Since apport doesn't use QScintilla, as you replied in PM, there's a chance, 
that sip.setdestroyonexit may fix it for you.
