[PyQt] QScintilla2 Build Issue with Qt5

I had trouble building the latest QScintilla2 (2.8.2) with the current 
Sip4/PyQt5 for Qt5.  The attached patch fixed it for me.  I wasn't sure if I 
should change it this way or in the definition of the function, but this works.
