[PyQt] Mixin classes and PyQt4 (Martin Teichmann)

I discussed a related issue (mixins and MRO, but a problem with signals) 
previously:

I haven't studied this thread enough to know whether the proposed change 
(or changes in PyQt5) alleviates the problem discussed in the previous 
thread (for which there is a workaround.)

For what it's worth, my natural is: mixins to the left of Qt base classes.
