[PyQt] ANN: First eric5 snapshot released (eric for Py3)

Hi,

I'd like to inform all of you about the availability of the first snapshot of 
eric5 5.0. eric5 is the Python3 port and has the same functionality as eric4 
4.4. It is probably full of bugs caused by the port. However, give it a try 
and help to debug it.
