[PyQt] strange scrolling behavior everywhere

With an old version of Qt Designer from Qt 4.3.2, I also see the same
problem. Trying to drag on the vertical scrollbar in the queryEdit simply
causes it to scroll down to the end and stay there.

Hmm. The problem is quite old, then. :-/

In any case, I think it is to do with style sheets. If I remove the style
sheet by clearing it, the scrollbar is shown in the platform style and
behaves normally.

If it still exists in current versions, I would say that it is a long-
standing style sheet bug. If it's fixed in current versions then the only
realistic options are to upgrade or to work around it - this may mean that
you cannot use style sheets for scrolling widgets.
