[PyQt] getOpenFileNames only returns a single filename

I am running Python 2.5.2 and have libQt4 = 4.4.3 and PyQt =4.4.3

using getOpenFileNames only returns a single argument.

This happens both in the Python and ipython shell.  Funny thing, my computer 
at work returns multiple file names.
