[PyQt] Problem with latest PyQt4 snapshot

Hi Phil,

I just tried latest PyQt4 snapshot (together with latest sip snapshot) on 
Windows with Qt 4.3.4. Installation went fine. However, it seems, that all 
autoconnected slots (such of type on_widgetName_signalName) are not 
autoconnected anymore. Most of eric's dialogs didn't work any more. Did I do 
something wrong? After downgrading to some older snapshot, things were back 
at normal.
