[PyQt] ANN: new eric4 snapshot available

Hi,

this is to inform all of you about the immediate availability of a new eric4 
snapshot. The highlights of this snapshot are a reorganized configuration 
dialog (suggestions made by Julien Vienne), support for vector graphics (SVG 
format) and most notably support for using PyKDE4. Please note, that this 
support might not work for everybody. However, give it a try and report back. 
Some more changes are listed in the ChangeLog file.
